Miso Glazed Salmon
Crispy air-fried salmon covered in a white miso glaze, served over rice.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp white miso
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp hot honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teapsoon black pepper to taste
- Lemon Zest
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Salmon Filets
- Lemon slices
Instructions
- Whisk miso, soy cause, mirin, hot honey, brown sugar in a bowl to create marinade. With a microplane, grate garlic and lemon zest into marinade. Add black pepper, onion powder to preference.
- Pat salmon dry, add to bowl with the marinade (optionally, let sit 15-30mins).
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
- Remove salmon from marinade and place in air fryer basket.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve over rice, garnished with green onions and spicy mayo.
